- 1. Deterministic rules and filters first (price, beds, lot, strategy fit).
- 2. Cached listing snapshots and stored analyses are reused — diffs, not re-analysis.
- 3. Deal math is plain arithmetic on visible assumptions.
- 4. AI is reserved for short summaries and reports on top-scoring matches.
- 5. Anything regulated, contractual or costly goes to the human approval queue.
