I was born and raised in the Philippines in a poor family. Homeownership was something we only saw in dreams. My family worked hard every day just to make ends meet — but I learned early that gratitude and perseverance are louder than any hardship.

When I came to the United States, I was filled with hope and determination. Through faith, sacrifice, and countless long nights, I built a new life — one opportunity at a time.

Years later, I was able to buy my first home. It was more than just a house. It was proof that a better life was possible. It gave my family the comfort, stability, and peace I never had growing up.

That moment changed my life forever. I promised myself I would dedicate the rest of it to helping other families feel exactly the same way.
